Christmas Craft – A Christmas Keep Sake

by Contributing Writer – Mrs Heffalump

handkeepsake

This is a very simple craft and requires a little bit more creativity. The hand print can be done on a card or for a keep sake plate and be gifted to grandparents! I did this last year with my bundle and sent a porcelain plate with his hand print to his great grandmother. πŸ™‚

What you need.

  • A dark coloured paper.
  • White paint because we are making snow men
  • Coloured sharpies or coloured paint. (I painted the faces onto the snowmen)

What to do:

  • Paint babs hand with white paint and imprint his hand on the paper. Once the white paint dries, paint on different faces on the fingers to resemble snowmen. I wrote this verse underneath it. (Refer pic)
  • I have one of these pasted on babs baby book as well. I love taking his handprint and seeing how those tiny hands have grown too soon too fast.

Hope you liked this simple craft!
