Here’s a refreshing, super healthy drink. Try our Chia Seed Yogurt Post Workout Drink.
After a power packed workout, a post work out drink to restore energy is essential. This helps make sure you are healthy and that your muscles gain depleted energy.
The Chia Seed Yogurt Drink is super easy to make and is especially great on days when you have no energy to do something ‘more’. Simply follow this recipe, prepare it, pop it in the fridge and then go off for your wash and when you’re back, you’ve got yourself something really delicious to enjoy.
- drinking yougurt (preferably something flavoured)
- Ice cubes
- Chia Seeds (white or black)
- Pour in the drinking yougurt and about 2 teaspoons of chia seed into a tall glass. Add ice cubes and place in the fridge to cool
