Healthy Drink – Mango Milkshake with a Twist!

What a twist!!!

This is a recipe that a member of our In It To Lose It Weight Loss Support Group sent us.

I must say, the recipe is intriguing and I tried and it is yum, yum!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chopped mango
  • Non-fat milk
  • Vanilla Essence
  • Rose Water
  • Bees Honey
  • Olive oil
  • Ice cubes

Method:

  1. First lightly saute chopped mango with a little olive oil.
  2. Add a teaspoon of bees honey, vanilla and rose essence.
  3. Pop the sauteed mango into a blender with some non-fat milk and ice cubes.
  4. Blend, pour and enjoy!!
