What a twist!!!
This is a recipe that a member of our In It To Lose It Weight Loss Support Group sent us.
I must say, the recipe is intriguing and I tried and it is yum, yum!

- 1 cup of chopped mango
- Non-fat milk
- Vanilla Essence
- Rose Water
- Bees Honey
- Olive oil
- Ice cubes
- First lightly saute chopped mango with a little olive oil.
- Add a teaspoon of bees honey, vanilla and rose essence.
- Pop the sauteed mango into a blender with some non-fat milk and ice cubes.
- Blend, pour and enjoy!!
