How was your birthing experience?

Scary, fast and dramatic!!! I was planning to have a normal delivery from the moment that I heard that I’m pregnant .. So I used to walk, do exercises which made the delivery smooth.

What would you say was the most useful thing that you packed in your delivery bag?

A camera to capture the moments of a life time and I would say then the car seat to take the baby home safely.

What did you do to get back into shape after your pregnancy?

NOTHING as such. I actually didn’t gain weight when I was pregnant. I really didn’t have a huge tummy. ? I lost about 4 to 5kgs when I was pregnant.. But I think healthy eating, workouts and breastfeeding helped me to lose weight.

What are some of the things that are always there in your toddler-take around bag?

Water bottle, Wipes, Diapers and a change of clothes.

What are some of the food that your think are no fuss meals for your little one?

Yogurt, boiled eggs and lots of Cheese.

What do you do to relax?

Take NAPS!!! ?

What does fashion mean to you?

Fashion is for me what I believe in.The clothes that I wear should suit my body structure and my personality. My style has always been simple. I like my Outfits to be comfortable and wearable. I like my apparels to be white or very nude shades. Also I don’t like accessoring too much.

What are some of your favourite shopping haunts locally and overseas for yourself and your baby?

Mothercare, H&M and GAP.

As a Mother, what is the most important lesson you want your daughter to learn?

I want her to not to worry about what’s she’s going to be when she grows up. Some people are obsessed over this. I want her to know that she can be anything she wants, and it can change all the time.. Even in her twenties, thirties and beyond. When people asks what you want to be, I want her to tell them that she wants to be happy ☺

What are some of the things that your do with your little daughter to bond?

Lots of cuddles and kisses all the time!!! Would you say that you are into traditional parenting or modern parenting? Why?

I think being able to incorporate the best of both would be ideal. Teaching the baby about manners, being polite, the values and their contribution towards society are some of the traditional practices that could be incorporated.

Have you thought about what age you’d,u’d like your daughter to join preschool? And why?

Yes. When she’s 2 and half. I think Preschool is an opportunity for growth. It is their first experience in a structured setting with teachers and groups of toddlers. It’s an opportunity to learn to share, follow instructions, and begin the foundation for learning that will occur in elementary school. so they can start learning from each other at an early stage.
