Pre Workout Drink – Healthy MilkShake

Are you looking out for a healthy pre workout drink that will power you up and give your enough energy for super workout? Check this out then!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons Soya Milk Powder
  • 1 Sour Plantain
  • 1 Yogurt
  • Water

Method of Preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend.
  2. Transfer into a tall glass and have with ice cubes.

This is one of the best pre-workout drinks that you can have!

Soy milk has many advantages but in terms of weight-loss, it has balanced nutrition without taking in extra saturated fat and cholesterol associated with whole dairy, it also helps with developing lean muscle. The plantain in the smoothie helps with providing energy and the yogurt is not only a protein but makes the smoothie taste better! All in all, this makes an excellent pre-workout drink.
